Cancellation Policy

WellingZen offers flexible, hassle-free cancellation for all subscription plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard.
1. How Cancellation Works
- Self-service cancellation: Navigate to Settings > Billing and click Cancel. No need to contact support.
- End-of-period access: When you cancel, your current plan remains fully active until the end of your billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Reactivation: Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime before the billing period ends by clicking Keep current plan in the billing settings.
- Data retention: After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data (bookings, members, schedules) is retained and accessible on the Free plan, subject to Free plan limits.
2. Downgrading
- You may downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends.
- Downgrades can be reversed before the billing period ends.
3. Free Trial
WellingZen offers a 14-day free trial with no payment required upfront. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. No charges are incurred.
4. Staff Seats
When you cancel or downgrade, any extra staff seats are removed at the end of the billing period.
5. Payment Failures
- If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email notification and a warning in your dashboard.
- You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method.
- If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan.
