1. Service Description

WellingZen provides a cloud-based studio management platform including booking, membership, payment, and marketing tools for wellness businesses.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

3. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You may cancel or change your plan at any time from the admin dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Data & Privacy

Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

WellingZen is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months.
