WellingZen subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). This policy outlines how refunds are handled.
All subscription charges are non-refundable by default. When you cancel, you retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are applied.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@wellingzen.com with:

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, a prorated charge is applied immediately for the remainder of the current billing period. Upgrade charges are non-refundable. Starting from the next billing cycle, you are billed at the new plan's full rate.
Downgrades do not generate refunds. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, after which the lower-tier pricing takes effect.
No charges are incurred during the free trial period. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable.
AI credit pack purchases are one-time payments and are non-refundable once credits have been used. For unused credit packs, contact support for evaluation.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (card or UPI) and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
